- Do I keep my Spotify or Apple Music subscription?
- Yes. Mivyn is a player: your music still comes from your services, which it brings together in one place. Full playback goes through Apple Music.
- How does the free trial work?
- Download the Mac app: it's complete for 7 days, no credit card. After that, you need a license to keep going.
- How do I cancel?
- From the Mac app (Settings › License and services), or on the "Cancel my subscription" page with your license key. No commitment, nothing to justify.
- What if a payment fails?
- Your license keeps working for 3 days, so you can update your card. After that, Mivyn locks until it's paid.
- How do I share a Duo or a Family?
- Give your license key to the people on your plan: each enters it in Mivyn on their Mac, up to the plan's number of devices.
- Is my payment safe?
- Payment goes through Stripe: Mivyn never sees your card number.
